- I reserve the right to refuse/cancel ANY requests.
-I will use only my own fabrics.
- Full amount is due within 5 days of acceptance. Failure to do so will result in the buyer being denied and added to the blacklist.
- Buyer may NOT change or cancel the request after it has been accepted.
- NO refunds are issued whether the buyer or I cancel the request. Please keep in mind that I will not cancel any requests unless the buyer had requested so or that the buyer had displayed inappropriate behavior towards me. (unnecessary emails, rude behavior, etc)
- When plush is complete and the buyer has been notified, buyer must pay within 10 days or the order will be entirely cancelled. No refunds will be issued. Buyer must contact me if there are any problems that may delay payment.
- Each plush made by me are carefully sewn together and checked throughly many times before it is securely packaged for shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to care for the plush. I do my utmost best on each plush and will not tolerate any complaints regarding the "leg being slightly not in place" "the eye is not perfect" or such. I work extremely hard on each plush and make it my top priority to ensure it turns our as close to perfect as it could be.
- All plushies that are shipped are very securely packaged to avoid any damage from the weather or post office. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase shipping insurance if need be. Tracking is required on all US shipments to guarantee its delivery. For international buyers, it is his/her decision whether to purchase tracking or not. I will NOT be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- All buyers must agree to pay FULL shipping costs.
- Plushies are made AS IS and are NOT meant to be altered or taken apart.
- Please remember that I am not a company, manufacturer, distributor, or machine. Website and plushies are made by me (N. Lam) alone.
